Oak Harbor Finance provides preliminary eligibility screening for life insurance and mortgage protection insurance. Our services are:
- NOT an insurance application
- NOT a guarantee of coverage
- NOT financial or medical advice
- NOT affiliated with any government agency or mortgage lender
Eligibility Assessment
The eligibility assessment is preliminary only. Final coverage, premiums, and approval are determined by insurance carriers through their underwriting process.
No Guarantee of Coverage
Oak Harbor Finance makes no warranty or guarantee regarding:
- Approval odds for any insurance product
- Coverage amounts available to you
- Premium rates you may receive
- Availability of living benefits or riders
Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect eligibility determinations and coverage decisions.
Licensing
Russell Powers is a licensed insurance producer in the State of Missouri (License #3003556164). Services are available only to Missouri residents.
Third-Party Insurance Carriers
Insurance policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers, not by Russell Powers or Oak Harbor Finance. All policy terms, conditions, and benefits are determined by the issuing carrier.
Limitation of Liability
Oak Harbor Finance and Russell Powers are not liable for:
- Coverage denials by insurance carriers
- Changes in premium rates
- Underwriting decisions
- Delays in the application process
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
